We want you to love your Ecotribo products and your shopping experience to be as good as ours. We pride ourselves on 5-star service and products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

All our products are made sustainably in the UK. Our business is built on a circular principle. They are designed and built to last a lifetime, and if the end of their life comes sooner than expected, we will recycle the materials and turn them into new products.

Returns

• You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

• We provide free shipping on most items. Please be mindful when shopping and try not to order something if you don't want it, as it does cost us to provide a free shipping service if you change your mind. We are a small business trying to do the right thing, so please be thoughtful.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

• We will notify you of the status once we receive and inspect your return.

• Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days if approved.

Exchanges

• If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  Don't hesitate to contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.

Shipping

• Unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
